'In the green' smoothie

Here’s what we’re drinking at Thriva to help us get our Thriva results in the green! We love this smoothie because it’s a good source of iron, vitamin B12, omega-3 fats, fibre, probiotics, and antioxidants.


  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful blackberries

  • 1 handful blueberries

  • 1 chunk frozen spinach

  • ¼ apple (keep the skin on for extra fibre)

  • 1 heaped tablespoon unsweetened Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon peanut/almond butter

  • 250 ml milk (whatever type you’d like)

*Serves 2-3


  • Add everything into a blender and, you guessed it, blend until smooth!
