Let's make exercise easier, fun and FREE together
"I need to exercise more!"
The chances are you probably find yourself saying this once a week. You may even have other people telling you this. Certainly I did in my latest thriva report.
The thing is, exercise is hard... and often expensive! The weekdays fly by, and apart from a feeble gym session on a Monday or Tuesday, I'm pretty inactive during summer. Promises that I'll get some exercise in the mornings or at lunch never materialise. It is a sad state of affairs when doing "more work" becomes more appealing than a trip to the gym. But quite frankly, working out on your own is very boring!
Our mission at thriva is to make the UK healthier. This means helping people to live a good lifestyle, that includes a healthy diet and frequent exercise. We are making strides on developing our product to help on the diet front, but we really struggled on how to help people exercise more. So, we decided why not put on a bunch of fun, free exercise events for people to attend. Why? Because it's the only way we could think (your suggestions are welcome!).
Today we kicked off what is hopefully our first of many events with an awesome yoga class at our offices in Shoreditch. Gutted you missed it? So are we. But don't worry, next week we are going to do it again - you can sign up here.
