Our British Stiff Upper Lip is blamed for a great many things.  Arguably it's greatest flaw, however, is that it prevents tens of thousands of people every year from finding out what's really going on with their health early enough to change the direction their life goes in.

There's hope on the horizon though.  Innovation married to advances in technology are creating new ways for people to find out what's really going on inside their bodies without needing to visit the doctor.  Home blood testing kits that rely only on a finger prick are 'democratising' access to our personal health data.  And although wearable tech has a long way to come, it's popularity at least demonstrates a global appetite to quantify and measure ourselves.

We think it's crazy that in this day and age, 1 in 4 deaths in the UK are preventable.

If you're one of those people.  Act today.  It's better to know.
